Placing the order online was easy, but the checkout took longer than it should have. I was getting a little impatient waiting for it to finish...

The pizza tasted fine, nothing really wrong with it, but the portions felt a little small for what I expected. I was still kind of hungry after, so yeah

I’ve ordered from O.T. Pizza a few times now, and to be fair, most of the veggies have tasted fresh. The onions and peppers especially have been solid, and the cheese was good too, not dry or weird like you sometimes get with delivery pizza.
That said, one order had mushrooms that seemed a little past their best, and the basil was kind of limp. It wasn’t bad enough to ruin the pizza, but I do think it’s fair to expect the same quality each time. I’d probably order again, just hoping they keep things more consistent

I ordered from otpizza.net the packaging was really good. The pizza box wasn’t smashed, everything stayed warm, and nothing leaked or made a mess. My only small gripe is that the delivery took a little longer than I expected, so I was worried the food might not hold up. But thankfully it arrived in great shape, and the packaging definitely did its job. Overall, happy with the experience.

For me, this lands around 3 stars. It was edible, showed up as expected, and I didn’t hate it, but for the price I feel like it should’ve been a little better. I’d maybe try them again, but only if they’re more generous with the toppings next time

The checkout was easy and didn’t give me any trouble. I just added what I wanted, paid with my card, and the page loaded faster than I expected. Maybe they’ve been working on making the site run smoother, because it felt seamless.
I also liked that it showed the full total before I paid, without any random extra steps popping up. The confirmation came through right away too, so I’m guessing everything on their end is well set up. No complaints from me

I don’t have the patience to go back and forth with support, but they actually helped me sort out my order quickly. Way less annoying than I expected

I ordered from otpizza.net and it was fine overall, but the crust kind of let me down. The edges had a nice crunch, but the middle was soft and chewy in a way I didn’t really love. The flavor was okay too, not bad, just didn’t taste super fresh. Weirdly, I remember the box had this tiny grease spot shaped like a duck, which stuck with me more than the pizza. I’d maybe order again if I was really hungry, but I’d hope the crust comes out better next time

I ordered from O.T. Pizza last night and, based on that one order at least, the pizza was really good. The crust had a nice bite to it, and the sauce tasted fresh without being too sweet. The cheese was melted just right, and the toppings seemed flavorful. I can’t say how consistent they are since I’ve only tried them once, but I’d definitely order again.

The pizza got here only lukewarm, like not hot, not hot at all. It still tasted okay, but I definitely wish it had arrived hotter

I had an issue at first, which was a bit frustrating, but to be fair, they got back to me quickly and sorted it out. Stuff happens, and I appreciate that they actually took care of it. I’m happy with how it ended.

The pizza showed up on time, which was great because we were already halfway through picking a movie and starving. It was hot and tasted fine, so we still ate it, but they forgot one of the toppings and sent the wrong dip. Not a huge disaster or anything, but kind of annoying when you’re looking forward to the exact order you picked
